What is Alexis going to do now?

Alexis Castle must be one of the most luckily girls on the planet, not even counting the fact that her father is a New York Times Bestseller author and an amazing father. Before Head Case she never got rejected. Everything she wanted, she did get, although she worked hard to get it. But never get rejected, that is what a lot of people dream about. I think it was good she had to face that experience. You will only grow if you get some obstacles in your way now and then.

I have to say I was a bit surprised by Alexis' reaction. Yes, everyone would be very disappointed, but to question your whole live achievements is too much. Fortunately there was daddy to let her realize she didn't fail. Rejection is not failure, failure is giving up.

I'm curious what Alexis is going to do now. Will her relationship survive, while they are not both on Stanford? Will she go to a nearer by school so she can keep an eye on her father? And what will she study?

Maybe it's a crackpot theory, but I have the feeling that she will stay close to home and will join the police academy. Don't know why, it's not based on any facts, it is just a feeling. She would try to be just as a good cop as Beckett is. And Beckett could be her mentor.

What do you guys think? What is Alexis going to do now?

I love you, Richard Castle. And I want to live my life in the warmth of your smile and the strength of your embrace. I promise you I will love you. I will be your friend and your partner in crime and in life, always. - Kate Beckett The moment we met, my life became extraordinary. You taught me more about myself than I knew there was to learn. You are the joy in my heart. You're the last person I want to see every night when I close my eyes. I love you, Katherine Beckett. And the mystery of you is the one I want to spend the rest of my life exploring. I promise to love you, to be your friend, and your partner in crime and life, 'till death do us part, and for the time of our lives. - Richard Castle
