Help for PTSD

On his site Richard Castle posted two sites that could help people with PTSD. He wrote the following:

Recently, someone very close to me suffered from the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Seeing a friend like that can make you feel helpless, but that isn’t half as helpless as they feel.
