The wait is over,Castle friends. Our favorite show returns this Monday night, March 19, 2012 at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.

A Night of Dance Judge Pam Francis Waves to the Crowd in Castle Season 4, Episode 18: "A Dance With Death"

What can we expect from the much-anticipated episode? Dancing. Lots of dancing. And we're not just talking about Rick Castle and Kate Beckett's weekly will-they-or-won't-they tango.

According to the official synopsis, the episode focuses on Odette Morton, a young woman who is found dead on the set of her reality TV competition, A Night of Dance. Actor Adam Harrington, a regular on The CW's The Secret Circle, guest stars as the show's quirky host, Brad Melville, and Lauralee Bell plays ditzy judge Pam Francis, who is supposedly modeled after the one and only Paula Abdul.

Intrigued yet? Then get your spirit fingers ready and keep reading!

Here's what we know so far: Odette was last seen by her makeup girl at 2:45. Her body was found at 3:04, with a single GSW to the heart, giving the killer only 19 minutes to do the deed. So why didn't anyone hear the shot? And more perplexing, how did the killer get in?

Lanie seems to think it was an inside job, that some backstabbing ballerina (or male dancer, to be fair), offed Odette in a jealous rage. Unfortunately, Lanie has no real evidence to back up her claim, unless you count first-hand experience. That's right — our sassy medical examiner didn't always want to be a medical examiner …
Turns out, there might be something to Lanie's theory. According to the executive producer of A Night of Dance, the victim had an on-set rival, Eddie Gordon, who was eliminated from the competition a week prior. But is there enough motive for murder?
Back at the precinct, Castle and Beckett discover something involving a strip club. Was classically trained Odette secretly a stripper?! It would certainly give new meaning to the term ballet barre. Ryan and Esposito go to check it out — without Castle — and share a bromantic moment in the elevator.
