The Shorty Awards! We need all Castle fans!

Alright Castle fandom aka Castillions, feeling bored because we don't have the PCA's or the TV.com awards to vote for anymore?  Well I have a solution for you!  It's time to vote for this years Shorty Awards!  What are The Shorty Awards you ask?  Well they honor the best in social media with categories ranging from entertainment to non-profit organizations and voting is open until February 10th! After that, the top 6 finalist (based on public vote) are presented to the Real-Time Academy who chooses the winner who is announced in an awards ceremony in NYC. We are asking for your help voting and here is the easiest way to do it!

1. Go to The Shorty Awards Site for a list of all the categories.
2. Figure out who you want to vote for and what category they fit into
3. Follow the outline for twitter voting and tweet your nomination! (see below)
4. Be sure to read the rules (outlined at the bottom of this page) so your votes count!

Of course our first priority is voting for Castle!

OR

• Either one will work but the second one is shorter in case your reasoning is longer!

We also encourage you to vote for Stana, Nathan, Seamus, Jon, Tamala, Molly, PJJ, etc and here is the generic tweet you can use for them!

Twitter voting is very simple and easy to do but there are some rules...

• You have to include a reason (or the vote won't be counted and they welcome creativity!)
• You can only have one nominee and one category per nomination tweet.
• Voting for the same person in the same category more than once simply replaces the text of your original vote; it does not count as an additional vote.  SO YOU CAN ONLY VOTE ONCE PER NOMINEE!  Example: if you nomiate Stana once, you are all set and cannot vote for her again.
• You may vote for additional nominees or categories as often as you like. Like I said above, once per nominee but as many nominees or categories as you want! So vote Castle, the actors, and for our site!
