The Lives Of Others: Sneak Peek At The Sneak Peeks

Sneak peeks are out on March 28 for the 100th episode of “Castle”. In “The Lives of Others”, Castle’s got a busted knee from a skiing accident and so the poor guy is wheelchair bound. This, naturally, leads to a lot of boredom for our dear writer, and will lead to some “Rear Window”-esque shenanigans on his part.

"You must be bored. You’ve actually gone Rear Window.”

In the first of the two sneak peeks released so far, we’re at the tail end of the infamous cake script. Ryan and Esposito are waiting for Beckett to grab her things and have a little chat with Castle. Apparently Alexis bought him the binoculars he’s got as a joke, but he claims he’s yet to resort to voyeurism. Ryan picks up the binoculars though and has a look across the street. He wolf whistles and says a woman was about to take off her shirt when Espo grabbed the binocs away real fast to have a look himself. As Javi’s having a look, Beckett walks up behind them. She tells them, “Unless the body you’re looking at is dead, I suggest you drop those binoculars.” As she and the boys take their leave, she (prepare to squeal) kisses her hand and pats Castle on the foot. She says she’ll call him and check on him soon. Castle asks if he can consult with them by phone and pretend he’s Charlie and they’re his angels. That’s when the boys make their Charlie’s Angels pose before walking out the door. Clip over!

Second sneak peek the memory is a little fuzzy as I could only watch that one once before it was taken down, but it was just boring ol’ crime scene stuff. Victim was beaten to death with a baseball bat and appeared to be tossed in a dumpster. The murderer was wearing some sort of thing on his head that concealed his identity, as on surveillance footage his face just showed up as a big glaring white light. Definitely not just some random killing, that’s for sure.
